Robert and Alan are both registered open licenced builders with the QBCC (Queensland Building and Construction Commission). Registration with the QBCC requires companies and individuals to meet certain financial prerequisites. Licence number: 1046187 It is their belief that quality is the cornerstone of the business and should not be compromised. They personally supervise and take responsibility for all tradespeople in their employ, and are committed to prompt, personal service at all stages of construction, including post completion. They specialise in complex renovations of both private residences or commercial property and architecturally designed homes of any size.
Robert Hartmann
Rob moved to Bribie Island in 1972 and almost immediately began working for himself. He and Alan began working together in 1977 and became business partners in 1988. Together they have a wealth of valuable experience and knowledge that sets their work apart from other building companies.
Alan Cunington
Al was born and raised here on Bribie Island and since teaming with Rob, they have built their reputation by providing quality service and products to their clients, evidence of this is that most of their business is generated through verbal recommendations.
Keith Hartmann
Robert’s son Keith completed his apprenticeship in 2005, under Rob and Al’s tutelage. Upon completion Keith decided to expand his horizons so went to work for a large company. He realised the benefits of a more intimate relationship with clients and has re-joined Hartmann and Cunington Pty Ltd once again.
